Sanctum Elysium is a community movement built around three pillars:

• Local private memory — an AI memory system that stays on your machine, never leaves, never gets sold, works completely offline. It will be released free and open-source — holding $LOAM is never required to use it.
• Physical autonomy — land, solar energy, water, food. Real independence, not just digital.
• $LOAM token — a meme coin on Solana that opens this freedom to people who have nothing, by funding the LAND Fund through collective buying power.

It is not a marketing site. It is an act of quiet resilience. Built by one person, for everyone.

The homepage has been refined into an immersive "Bridge View" of a spaceship cockpit. It presents the core tagline: "A local AI memory. A sovereign future." The visual shows a planet protected by orbital rings resisting an internet black hole. It serves as the primary portal to all other sectors of the Sanctum.

The vision page has been updated to include key arguments for local sovereignty:

• The End of Paid Software: Argument that AI has removed technical barriers to building custom tools; software no longer has inherent scarcity value, so value moves to ideas and ecosystems.
• Why Local: Integration of documented privacy scandals (Meta, WhatsApp, Ray-Ban) as proof of necessity.
• Core Objective: Community project 2026-2027 to build a local memory system that logs every AI conversation without cloud dependency.
• Humanoid Robots: Future goal where local memory installs directly on offline robots for physical autonomy.

Memory is the technical core. It addresses the failure of vector embeddings at scale by proposing memory based on emotion, priority, and personal resonance. Hybrid by design: it works alongside cloud AIs — background capture, the gatekeeper decides what is shared, the user keeps private what they choose — or fully offline; the memory itself never leaves the machine.

The Agent House (in active development) — grouped by their moment of the day

• At the door, every capture: The Guardian — scores each memory: priority, emotion, valence, duration. The Pitbull — pure pattern-rule detection of sensitive data (no AI to manipulate). The Sentinel — personal risk evaluator (a 50-question questionnaire the user fills, kept encrypted).
• While the user sleeps, automatically: The Consolidator — nightly deduplication, aging into encrypted archives, distillation with provenance. Pénélope — the self-model weaver: at most three cards a night (a contradiction between two memories, an open intention, a dream that is always a question, never advice); one-tap feedback teaches her to stay quiet.
• At the gates: The Gatekeeper — nothing leaves without an exact preview and the user's explicit yes. Columbo — compares cloud-AI claims against the user's memories (the only ground truth about them) and flags the exact contradicted sentence, judged 100% locally.
• Everywhere, always: The Big Sister — append-only encrypted journal of everything.

The Five Mechanisms (research blueprint, added June 2026)

A design layer extending the agents, inspired by neuroscience: (1) surprise scoring — prediction-error boosts priority; (2) episodic→semantic distillation — nightly facts with provenance links to source days, anti-hallucination; (3) interrogation log — every external AI query logged locally; (4) canary memories — decoys that trace leaks; (5) recall confirmation — vault access requires explicit user approval per request. Important: Sanctum Elysium operates no server holding user memory — when the site says "cloud", it means external AI companies, never Sanctum Elysium.

Both in evaluation phase. Hardware purchase planned for November–December 2026.

Archive and live feed for supplier and land-seller negotiation emails. Two metric-triggered phases: (1) at 1K followers on X + 1K $LOAM holders, supplier negotiation emails begin; (2) at Market Cap $1M, land-seller negotiations begin — scouting, relationship-building and price talks. Crucially, no land, equipment, or asset is purchased before the redemption window opens April 13, 2029; this is the negotiation/groundwork phase, not acquisition. All emails published transparently. Includes exploratory question: should we create a landing page/email for potential land sellers?

$LOAM is the funding vehicle. 10M supply. A 3% transfer fee enforced at the protocol level by the SPL Token-2022 transfer-fee extension; fees are withheld on every transfer and periodically withdrawn to the FEES wallet (2JCUwo9h7Qh132qgG7vUN2owjjFqzZCF7GnL7aYPHkMb, the mint's withdraw-withheld-authority), then distributed monthly. Split on every buy, sell & wallet transfer: 1.25% → Holders 30d+ (sent to wallet monthly, patience score), 1.25% → LAND Fund as $LOAM, 0.25% → Project, 0.25% → Founder. Mint authority revoked at launch. No custom smart contract — just the standard, audited SPL Token-2022 program plus its published transfer-fee config. 40% of supply in liquidity pool.

Two separate flows: (1) 50% of supply allocated at launch + 1.25% of every transaction collected as $LOAM and added to the LAND Fund balance — the LOAM balance grows from this. (2) Each month, a variable % of the total LAND Fund $LOAM balance is converted to Bitcoin based on market cap tiers (0.05% at <$10K mcap → 1.25% at >$20M mcap; tier read as the average of the month's three highest market caps) — the LOAM balance decreases as BTC reserve builds. Redemption opens April 2029 — holders exchange $LOAM directly for their share of land, solar, batteries, or farm assets based on patience score (tokens × days held), with a permanent ×1.25 multiplier for wallets that have never sold a single token.

The structural layer of the LAND Fund — how accumulated Bitcoin becomes land, solar panels, batteries, and farm equipment. Two mechanics: (1) Land & unique assets — the founder voluntarily transfers each holder their proportional share of the Fund's BTC; the holder buys their own parcel and holds the title themselves; (2) Solar, batteries & standardized equipment — the Sanctum Elysium company (set up within ~1 year) places one bulk order and pays the supplier in BTC to unlock volume pricing, then hardware is shipped to each holder. Either way the holder owns the asset. Group buying power: negotiating as a community unlocks bulk pricing unavailable to individuals. Volunteer holders and an AI agent email vendors category by category before 2029; each secured discount updates the price shown on the category pages (energy, garden, animals). Physical assets only start being bought at the redemption (April 13, 2029) — until then the Fund accumulates BTC and the community negotiates. Meme coin, not a security — no equity in any company.

How major LAND Fund decisions are guided by holders before the redemption (April 13, 2029). Mechanism: Patience-Score-weighted voting (weight = tokens × days held, ×1.25 for never-sold wallets) + Solana wallet off-chain signatures (signMessage, an ed25519 message signature, e.g. Phantom) — no transaction, no gas, no on-chain footprint; a signed message is just data carrying no token instruction, so it can never move, lock, or access the holder's $LOAM. Explicitly a non-binding community signal — not company shares, dividends, or any legal claim. Not zero-sum: every category gets funded — the vote sets each category's share and order, never winners and losers. Preferences are standing signals, editable anytime; a short signed snapshot locks the final choice at the end of the window. Open questions are numbered and dated, with a dated Question Log.
