🌱 $LOAM Day 1 of your Patience Score

Six boxes. About an hour the first time — most of it waiting for the ID check — and ten minutes every time after.

This page assumes you have never touched crypto. Not once. It starts where you actually are — a normal bank account — and ends with $LOAM sitting in a wallet that belongs to you and nobody else.

Two honest warnings before the first step. Real apps will ask for your ID — that is the law, not a scam, and this page shows how to keep it to a minimum. And $LOAM is a meme coin, not a security: its value can go to zero. Never spend money you need.

Before anything

Five Words, That’s All

🪙
Crypto

Money that lives on the internet, held by no bank. It moves from person to person, any hour, any border.

📱
Exchange

The app that sells crypto for regular money. You send it dollars from your bank; it hands you coins.

👻
Wallet

Your own crypto pocket on your phone — Phantom, here. Its secret backup phrase IS the money: paper only, shown to no one.

SOL

The coin of the Solana network, where $LOAM lives. You buy SOL first, then trade it for $LOAM.

🔗
The address

A long code that names an account — like an email address for money. Never typed by hand. Ever.

· · ·
Rule number one

You Copy. You Never Type.

Crypto addresses are 30 to 44 characters long, and one wrong character sends the money into the void — there is no bank to call, no undo. So the entire game rests on one small habit: copy the address from this site, paste it where it is needed, and before confirming, check that the first 4 and last 4 characters match. Copy-paste is never wrong; fingers are.

This is the official $LOAM address (the “mint”). It is the same one published on the Token page and verifiable on Solana Explorer:

$LOAM · official 9K2woKwE4t5PEVM26enVMk2ubfMvYQwTJjrNsBfrnDXP

Practice right now — it takes ten seconds and it is the exact motion you will use with real money:

  1. Tap ⧉ Copy on the gold box above.
  2. Tap the white box below (on a phone: long-press → Paste; on a computer: Ctrl+V or ⌘V).
  3. Read the verdict — it checks your paste against the official address, character by character.

The 4-and-4 check for this address: it starts with 9K2w and ends with nDXP. That is what your eyes confirm before every tap on “Confirm”.

Step 1 · your country

Choose Your App

The exchange app is the bridge between your bank and crypto — the only step where your country matters. Whatever you pick, it must do three things: accept a deposit from your bank, sell SOL, and let you withdraw that SOL to your own wallet. An app that cannot do all three is the wrong app — check all three inside the app before sending it money.

Apps change; the rule doesn’t. Coin lists, fees and countries served move every month — always re-check the three things (your bank in, SOL for sale, SOL withdrawals out) inside the app before depositing. If your only option sells USDT instead of SOL: buy USDT on the Solana network, send it to your wallet, and step 4 swaps it to $LOAM just the same. BTC does not travel to Solana — if all you can get is Bitcoin (some ATMs), you will still need an exchange to turn it into SOL first. None of these companies has any link to Sanctum Elysium — no affiliation, no kickbacks; they are listed because people actually use them.

The paperwork

The ID Check, Honestly

What it is. Every serious exchange will ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie before your first deposit. Ten minutes, once. It is called KYC (“know your customer”) and it is the law that lets these apps connect to banks — not a scam, and not optional at any exchange worth trusting.

How to keep it minimal. You cannot really avoid it — you can contain it. Verify at one reputable app instead of scattering your documents across five. Give only what the law requires, nothing extra. And never leave your coins on the exchange: the app is a gate, not a home — buy, withdraw to your own wallet, log out. What sleeps on an exchange is a name on their list; what sleeps in your wallet is yours.

The truly no-ID roads exist — person-to-person cash trades and some crypto ATMs for small amounts (bottom of this page). They cost more and demand more care. For most people, one clean KYC at one good app is the honest trade.

· · ·
Step 2 · ten minutes

Buy SOL

Inside the app, deposit your money, then buy SOL — the plain coin, not a “future”, not “leveraged”, not a fund. Buy about 10% more than what you want to end up in $LOAM: the extra covers every fee on the road and leaves a pinch of SOL in your wallet for network fees (fractions of a cent each, but never zero).

Example: you want $100 of $LOAM → buy $110 of SOL. Whatever SOL is left after the swap stays in your wallet as fuel.

Step 3 · the real ownership moment

Your Own Wallet

  1. Install Phantom (phantom.com — phone app or browser extension). It is Solana-native: nothing to configure.
  2. It shows you a secret recovery phrase (12 words). Write it on paper. No photo, no email, no cloud, and never — ever — typed into a website. Those 12 words ARE the money; anyone who has them, has it all.
  3. In Phantom, tap your account name — that copies your own address. Same habit as school: copy, never type.
  4. In the exchange app: Withdraw / Send → SOL → paste your Phantom address → network: Solana.
  5. Test small first. Send $10 worth, watch it appear in Phantom (about a minute). Then send the rest to the address you just proved works. Two minutes of patience, zero sleepless nights.
Step 4 · the last stretch

The Swap

A “swap” trades one Solana coin for another, straight from your own wallet — no new account, no new ID check. Both buttons below open the swap with $LOAM already loaded:

  1. Connect Phantom when the site asks (it never learns your 12 words — it only asks Phantom to sign).
  2. Verify the token: the receiving side must show the official address — your 4-and-4 check: 9K2w…nDXP. Paste it yourself from the gold box below if anything looks off.
  3. Set slippage to about 4% — $LOAM carries a 3% protocol fee on every transfer (it funds the LAND Fund and the holder rewards), so a tighter setting makes the swap fail.
  4. Confirm in Phantom. Seconds later the $LOAM is in your wallet — and your Patience Score starts counting from day one.

Plan B · cash in hand

The Crypto ATM

When no app will take your bank
💵 Cash Bills, in hand
→
🏧 The machine Scans your wallet QR
→
📱 Your wallet Coins arrive in minutes

Tens of thousands of machines worldwide — coinatmradar.com finds the one near you, with its coins and fees listed.

The honest arithmetic. ATMs charge 8–20% — the price of skipping the bank. Small amounts often need only a phone number; larger ones trigger a full ID scan, machine by machine, country by country. And most machines sell Bitcoin only, which does not travel to Solana — look for one that sells SOL or USDC (the radar’s filters show it), or accept that a BTC buy still needs an exchange afterwards.

Use the guichet for what it is: the road that works with cash when every app has said no — show up with your Phantom QR code, not with your 12 words. Then rejoin the main road at step 4.

· · ·

⚠️ The four rules that keep you safe. The only real $LOAM is the address published on this page and on the Token page — anyone can create a fake with the same name, so the address is the only truth. Your 12 words go to no one and into no website — not “support”, not “validation”, not a “giveaway”. Nobody from this project will ever message you first — there is no presale, no “special allocation”. And copy-paste every address, every time — the habit you practiced above.

🪙 $LOAM is a meme coin, not a security. No promised returns, no dividends, no claim on anything — its value can go to zero. Buy only what you can afford to lose entirely, and read the Compliance page before deciding anything. This page teaches the mechanics; it is not financial advice.

💡 An app we should list for your country? A step that lost you? Tell us on the Ideas page or mention @LOAM_token on X.

The first buy is the hardest thing you will ever do in crypto — and it is one hour of your life. Everything after is ten minutes and a habit: copy, paste, check four characters, confirm.

The money left your bank. It did not leave your hands.
