Holders Steer the Direction
The Vote
The big LAND Fund calls aren't made without you. They're put to the holders — weighted by patience, signed without risk.
"The longer you've held, the more your voice weighs — not your wallet size on the day of the vote, but your patience over time. And you never take a risk to be heard: you sign a message, never a transaction. Your tokens never move, never leave your hands, and the project never touches them."
The Principle
Patience-Score Voting, EIP-712 Signatures
Weighted by Patience
Your vote carries the weight of your Patience Score at a snapshot block — tokens × days held, plus the never-sold bonus. Long-term holders steer; flash-in, flash-out wallets barely register.
Signed, Not Spent
You approve a choice by signing a plain-language EIP-712 message in your wallet. It's a signature, not a transaction — gasless, free, and re-castable until the snapshot closes.
Zero Token Risk
No approval, no transfer, no contract call ever touches your balance. Your $STEM stays exactly where it is. A signature can never move your funds.
🛠️ How the signature works — for the technically curious
- You sign EIP-712 typed data — structured, named fields (the proposal, your choice) that your wallet renders in plain language before you approve. We will never ask you to sign a raw hex blob — if you ever see one, it's not us.
- The message is bound to a
domain(name, version, chainId) and a uniqueproposalId— a signature for one vote can't be replayed on another vote, another contract, or another chain. - Signing happens off-chain via
eth_signTypedData_v4: nothing is broadcast, so there is no gas, no fee, no on-chain footprint — your wallet's nonce doesn't even move. - It is not an
approve()orpermit(). Those are risky precisely because token contracts accept them — a vote message has a different type and domain that no token contract will ever accept. It cannot move, lock, or access your $STEM. - Voting weight = your Patience Score read at a snapshot block announced in advance. Balances and holding history come from the public chain at that exact block, so buying right before a vote earns no extra weight.
- Changed your mind? Sign again — only your latest signature before the close is counted.
- After the close, every signature is published openly. Anyone can recover each signer's address from the signature itself (
ecrecover), recompute the weights from public chain data, and re-run the tally — including checking that your own vote was counted.
A Signal, Not a Boardroom
These votes are a community signal — the clearest possible read on what holders want, so the LAND Fund moves in the direction the most patient holders choose. They do not create shares, dividends, company voting rights, or any legal claim. $STEM stays a meme coin: you're shaping a culture, not governing a security.
Everyone, Not Either-Or
You're Not Voting Against Each Other
Most preference votes create winners and losers — solar beats the garden, and half the room walks away with nothing. Not here. Your $STEM share funds your homestead, and you can back several categories at once. The vote never crowns one winner; it simply sequences the community's shared choices, so everyone gets served. How the buying actually works lives on The Table — here we only cover how you decide.
So when do I say what I want?
Anytime. Your preferences are a standing signal — you set them the day you hold and edit them whenever your plans change. You never have to be online at the right second to count. When a choice is ready to finalize, a short EIP-712 snapshot locks it in: continuous intent up front, one signed confirmation at the close. (The buying itself only starts at the 2029 redemption — see The Table.)

What Holders Decide
Each question is a numbered, dated proposal. As the project and the Fund grow, new ones join the list — and the log at the bottom keeps the full history of what was added, and when.
What We Buy — and in What Detail
Added 2026-06-08This is the heaviest set of calls the community makes — but remember the section above: it's not one category beating another. It's the full menu every holder chooses from. Concretely, once a brand is negotiated, a vote picks the exact assets within that brand — which models, how many, which region — and the purchase lands at the 3-year redemption (2029), at the discounted price we locked. We refuse to wing a community-scale buy, so every category below opens its own detailed sub-vote, advancing in parallel.
Land — the foundation everything else sits on
Voted in layers: region & country (climate, growing season, political stability, foreign-ownership rules, proximity to members) → the parcel profile (size, price per hectare, year-round road access, water rights, soil quality and slope, legal flags and easements) → cluster vs spread (do members' parcels sit close together for shared infrastructure, or wherever each holder wants?).
The land buyer's checklist → LAND BuyEnergy — power before everything else
Off-grid land is useless without power. Holders vote the system, not just a brand: panel wattage and make, battery chemistry (LiFePO4 vs other) and total kWh, inverter/charge-controller spec, pure off-grid vs hybrid, and how much capacity per household. This is the category that benefits most from the community's bulk-buy leverage.
Off-grid energy details → EnergyGarden & food — the path to real autonomy
Land + power means nothing if you can't eat from it. Decisions here: annual crops vs a perennial food forest, seed and seedling sourcing, soil amendments, greenhouses for cold climates, irrigation tied to the water rights above, and which staples the community standardizes for bulk buying.
Food & soil plan → GardenAnimals — protein, fertility, resilience
Which species earn their keep first — chickens, goats, bees, larger livestock? Holders weigh starter flock/herd size, breeding vs replacement stock, shelter and fencing, feed and veterinary basics, and how animals close the loop with the garden (manure, pest control, grazing).
The symbiotic bestiary → AnimalsNo category cancels another. Each opens its own sub-vote on exact assets, quantities and regions, and is acquired at the 3-year redemption at the price we negotiated — because a six-figure community buy deserves more than a shrug, and because everyone's homestead gets built, not just the loudest.
Early Redemption if We Grow Too Fast
Added 2026-06-08The redemption window opens in 2029 (three years in). But if the market cap climbs past a certain level before then, holders decide two things: the market-cap threshold that triggers an early opening, and how far forward we move the redemption date.

Question Log
- 2026-06-08 The Vote launched. Questions 01 (what we buy & in what detail — in parallel, no winner-takes-all) and 02 (early-redemption trigger & how far to move it) opened for holders.
"A meme gathered us. Patience gives each of us a weighted voice. And the big calls? They're yours to shape — signed safely, your tokens never moving."
