- Land negotiations (scouting & price talks with sellers) unlock once Market Cap hits $1,000,000.
Important: no land, equipment, or asset is bought before the redemption window opens on April 13, 2029. Until then this is groundwork — building relationships, comparing parcels, and locking in terms. Negotiating, not acquiring.
